Allan Bandt Regional Managing Partner - Australia & New Zealand Practice Leader, Strategic Human Resources
Allan Bandt is the Cenrte's Regional Managing Partner for Australia and New Zealand since 1990, and is the HR Practice Leader of the Centre. He is also the Director of Bandt Gatter and Associates, a Perth-based Human Resource Consultancy. He is a past president of the Australian Human Resource Institute (WA) and a past National Director of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Allan has over 30 years of experience in human resources, as an internal executive as well as an external consultant.
Allan has a considerable consulting and training track record in HR and has worked with government and enterprises to successfully develop and implement their strategic plans and strategic HR plans. He conducts HR workshops regularly in the USA, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Mauritius, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and others. He consistently receives outstanding appraisals from workshop participants and consulting clients on his vast knowledge, expertise and professionalism.
