Dynamic, innovative, and a master strategist, Stephen is the Asian Regional Managing Partner for the Haines Centre for Strategic Management®. As a member of the Centre’s Executive Committee and Board of Examiners for its Certification programs he works with the Board to maintain excellence in the delivery of the Centre’s courses and consulting services. Holding a Masters in Organizational Leadership, he is also an adjunct instructor of the University of San Diego’s Division of Continuing Education.

Stephen Lin keeps his finger on the pulse of trends and advances in the fields of Systems Thinking and Strategic Management, and their application to organizations. He is co-author of “Enhancing Your Strategic IQ – Winning Strategies from A to Z”. The wealth of knowledge, information, and expertise that Stephen brings to clients is one of a kind. His mastery of Strategic Management and innate ability to teach it so effectively to others sets him apart in this field.
 
For over 25 years now Stephen has helped businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations in Asia to learn and apply Strategic Management and Innovation to their organizations to sustain and improve long term performance. He has led and facilitated numerous “live” strategic planning efforts and in-company senior management development programs, for a wide range of organizations including multi-national companies, small-medium enterprises and government agencies.
 
As an internal executive, Stephen has in-depth experience leading strategic transformation and capability development efforts, and as a key member of strategic and scenario planning teams.  
 
As an external consultant, Stephen Lin is in demand for in-company training, and facilitation of planning and change efforts. He is continually sought out to help organizations develop and implement their strategic management systems. He also regularly leads public workshops/seminars on key strategic management topics such as strategic thinking and planning, change management, leadership and innovation, and has conducted these workshops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China and the USA.
